Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all orders placed on the Lilit Fleurs website (www.lilitfleurs.eu). By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these conditions without reservation. Lilit Fleurs reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time, with the applicable conditions being those in force on the date of the order.
2. Products
Lilit Fleurs offers for sale fresh flower bouquets, floral arrangements, and various decorative items. The product photos on the website are non-contractual and may differ from reality depending on the season, availability, and the craftsmanship of each creation.
3. Addition of Alcohol to Orders
When a bottle of wine is added to a bouquet, the sale is subject to Belgian legislation prohibiting the sale of alcohol to minors under 18 years of age. The delivery person is authorized to request proof of identity to verify the recipient’s age. If the recipient is a minor, the bottle will not be delivered, and no refund will be issued for this item, as the costs are non-recoverable.
4. Orders
Orders can be placed online at www.lilitfleurs.eu. Once validated, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Lilit Fleurs reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or for any other legitimate reason.
5. Delivery Methods
All deliveries are carried out exclusively by Lilit Fleurs couriers, ensuring careful and personalized service.
- Same-day delivery or scheduled delivery: At the time of ordering, the customer selects a date and time slot available on an interactive calendar.
- Some flowers require 48-hour delivery; this information is specified at the time of ordering.
- Click and Collect: Orders can be collected at one of the four Lilit Fleurs stores in Brussels.
5bis. Identity Verification
To prevent fraud and ensure the security of transactions, Lilit Fleurs reserves the right to request proof of identity (for example, an identity card or any equivalent official document) at the time of delivery or in-store pickup.
This verification is solely intended to confirm that the person receiving the order is duly authorized to do so.
If the recipient refuses to provide proof of identity, Lilit Fleurs may refuse to hand over the order, without any right to a refund.
6. Pricing and Special Conditions
The prices displayed on the website are in euros, including VAT, excluding delivery fees. Discounts or special offers may be applied, under the conditions specified at the time of purchase. These offers cannot be combined.
7. Specific Conditions for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day
On Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, flower prices increase from growers, impacting florists. At Lilit Fleurs, we maintain a high level of quality:
- Generous bouquets made of fresh flowers.
- Special and carefully prepared packaging.
- Increased attention to detail for every order.
- Additional personalization options to make each bouquet unique.
These adjustments reflect our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
8. Payment
Payment for orders is made online by credit card or any other method offered on the site. Transactions are secured via SSL encryption protocol.
9. Returns and Complaints Policy
As flowers and floral arrangements are perishable, no returns are accepted. Any complaint must be addressed to customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website www.lilitfleurs.eu is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
11. Data Protection
The data collected is used solely to process orders and improve the customer experience. Lilit Fleurs complies with Belgian legislation regarding data protection.

These GTC are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Brussels.
