Lilit Fleurs reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time, with the applicable conditions being those in effect on the date of the order.
2. Products
Lilit Fleurs offers fresh flower bouquets, floral arrangements, and various decorative items for sale. The product photographs on the website are non-contractual and may differ from reality depending on the seasons, availability, and the craftsmanship of each creation.
3. Adding Alcohol to Orders
When a bottle of wine is added to a bouquet, the sale is subject to Belgian law, which prohibits the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18. The delivery person is authorized to request an identity document to verify the recipient’s age. If the recipient is a minor, the bottle will not be delivered, and no refund will be issued for this item, as the costs are non-refundable.
4. Orders
Orders can be placed online at www.lilitfleurs.eu. After validation, the customer will receive an email confirmation. Lilit Fleurs reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or for any other legitimate reason.
5. Delivery Methods
All deliveries are carried out exclusively by Lilit Fleurs couriers, ensuring a careful and personalized service.
- Same-day delivery or on a selected date: When ordering, the customer selects a date and time slot available on an interactive calendar.
- Some flowers require a 48-hour delivery period, which is specified at the time of ordering.
- Click and Collect: Orders can be picked up at one of Lilit Fleurs’ four stores in Brussels.
6. Prices and Special Conditions
The prices displayed on the website are in euros, including VAT, excluding delivery costs. Discounts or special offers may be applied under the conditions stated at the time of purchase. These offers cannot be combined.
7. Specifics for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day
On Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, flower prices increase due to higher supplier costs, affecting florists. At Lilit Fleurs, we maintain high-quality standards:
