Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed on the Lilit Fleurs website (www.lilitfleurs.eu). By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms without reservation. Lilit Fleurs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

2. Products
Lilit Fleurs offers fresh flower bouquets, floral arrangements and decorative items. Product photos are non-contractual and may vary depending on seasonality, availability and craftsmanship.

3. Addition of Alcohol to Orders
When a bottle of wine is added to a bouquet, Belgian law prohibiting the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 applies. The delivery driver may request proof of identity. If the recipient is underage, the bottle will not be delivered and no refund will be issued for that item.

4. Orders
Orders can be placed online at www.lilitfleurs.eu. A confirmation email will be sent after validation. Lilit Fleurs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of dispute or legitimate reason.

5. Delivery Methods
All deliveries are carried out exclusively by Lilit Fleurs delivery staff.

  • Same-day or scheduled delivery: the customer selects an available date and time slot.
  • Some flowers require 48-hour delivery.
  • Click & Collect available in one of the four Lilit Fleurs shops in Brussels.
  • The selected delivery time is indicative only. In cases of force majeure (traffic, weather conditions, unforeseen logistical issues) or during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Delivery fees depend on the distance between the shop and the delivery address.

5bis. Identity Verification
To prevent fraud, Lilit Fleurs reserves the right to request proof of identity at delivery or collection. Refusal may result in non-delivery without refund.

6. Prices and Special Conditions
Prices are in euros, VAT included, excluding delivery costs. Special offers are not cumulative.

7. Specific Conditions for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day
During these periods, flower purchase prices increase at supplier level.

8. Payment
Payments are processed online via secure SSL encryption.

9. Returns and Complaints
Flowers are perishable and cannot be returned. Complaints must be made within 24 hours.

11. Data Protection
Data is used solely for order processing and customer service improvement.

12. Governing Law
Belgian law applies. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Brussels courts.
